Now you can use animated emojis on Android


Google is doing its homework to provide a new generation of free emojis under its 'Noto Emoji Project'. For that, it is said that 31 new emojis will be added first. By adding that, there will be a total of 3,664 Unicode emojis for Android.


The added new emojis will be available for Android devices soon, while the rest of Google's projects are expected to be available early next year.



This emoji will support animation. This means that these emojis will appear to be running. You can see how the emoji will look by clicking here. The emoji can be downloaded and used as a gif file now. Similarly, Google is preparing to switch to a font format called COLRv1 (COLRv1).


This format is in the format of Vetter image. The file size of which is relatively less than others. It is said that the emoji can be customized (adjusted according to your needs) from various apps and browsers.
