School meals are also causing gastric and ulcer problems in children

School meals are also causing gastric and ulcer problems in children

Previously, gastric and ulcer problems were seen mostly only in adults. But nowadays many school, college going children and teenagers have gastric problems.

Changing diet and lifestyle are responsible for this. To tell the truth, today's children do not even have time to eat, and they do not even have a place to eat.

Children are more busy than working adults. You have to get up in the morning and prepare to go to school. Food has to be eaten in a hurry, otherwise the school bus will miss. The pressure of studying in school is the same. They eat during the breaks for breakfast and lunch. But the food available at school may not always be suitable for their health.

In the school morning, they have greasy, samosa fried in oil, pakoda, noodle soup, chowmin, masham. There is a lot of flour in the lunch of the canteen.

In some colleges, students work while studying. Because they have to reach the office early in the morning, they do not get to eat, and in the afternoon they use junk food for lunch. Usually, as soon as lunch is said, there are samosas, m:m, chowmin, noodles. Consuming these foods regularly can cause stomach upset.

Stomach ache, burning, feeling heavy or bloated, increased acidity, belching, loss of appetite, nausea, pain around the middle of the stomach and chest and other problems are seen after gastric.

How is it?

Different types of digestive juices are released in the body to digest the food eaten. A kind of strong acid called hydrochloric acid is also produced when eating food. It helps in digestion and kills the germs in the stomach. In students, not eating when they are hungry, not being able to eat food at a certain time, stress, anxiety, excessive consumption of junk food causes gastric problems due to disturbances in acid production.

Keeping children in school from morning to evening is causing problems. The school needs to think about this. What do students eat at 5 o'clock in the morning? They are not very fresh when they wake up in the morning. Leave for lunch at 10-11. By this time, the stomach is full of gas.

Moreover, many live in single families now. When parents have to go to office or business, there is no one to prepare lunch at home. At such times, they are forced to eat junk food. Gastric is what causes it.

Some parents keep their children at school until they come from the office in the evening. This is creating more physical and mental problems for them.

Nowadays, coffee culture, i.e. drinking coffee from morning, smoking, and smoking hookah is increasing among teenagers. Nicotine drinks also increase the amount of acid in the stomach, which is also causing stomach and liver problems. Some patients even have ulcers when they are treated as gastric.

An infection, wound or hole in the stomach or small intestine is also called a stomach ulcer. It is also called gastric ulcer. Sometimes it can cause a hole in the stomach and stomach and cause death. It seems that the risk is increasing among students studying Plus Two from class nine.

Food-borne ulcers are caused by Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, which occurs in contaminated water. Today, bottled water is being sold and distributed very cheaply as original water. This too seems to be doubted. Is the water that we drink daily as pure, really healthy?

what to do

Within an hour of waking up in the morning, drink black tea or hot water, eat breakfast or dinner at 7 to 8 am, eat lunch at 3 to 4 am, and eat food that is easy for the stomach to digest at 7 to 8 am.

Avoidance

- Drinking tap or bottled water only after boiling it

- Eat at least two meals a day of home-made nutritious food

- If possible, bring lunch from home when going to the office

- Make time not only for studies but also for sports, if possible, exercise for half an hour a day

- Stay away from fried, fried, greasy, spicy food as much as possible

Prevention

Students should be given detailed information about healthy and unhealthy food along with book knowledge in school. It seems that nutritionists in schools should teach about health problems caused by diet and conduct classes on how to eat daily. Because students are in school for 8 to 12 hours in 24 hours. Therefore, it seems that schools should provide healthy food. Either you have to bring lunch from home or you should make a policy of not eating junk food.

In the same way, the students who are studying in their teenage years, i.e. from 9th to Plus 2nd, tend to get stuck in Kulat. At this time, they smoke, drink and consume drugs. It also causes gastric problems. Therefore, in order to protect students from gastric, along with healthy eating, parents should pay special attention to protect them from kulat.
