How to eliminate the child's habit of sleeping late?

Adequate sleep is essential for the physical and mental development of children. But today's children are used to using mobile phones and laptops late at night.

One is that the parents themselves sleep late. Another is that they also let them watch mobile phones or TV so that the children do not disturb.

What do the children want next? They may be developing the habit of going to bed late and waking up late watching content, playing games, and staying on social media 24 hours a day until they die. The effect of which is falling on their daily life.

It looks normal, but the habit of sleeping late at night is increasing obesity, lack of concentration and laziness in children.

Sleeping late can never be a good habit. To eliminate this habit, parents should make a certain schedule of sleeping and getting up for the child from an early age.

what to do

Dinner should be eaten quickly

Dinner should be fed as soon as the sun sets so that the child sleeps on time. It also helps to digest food faster. There should be a gap of at least 2 to 3 hours between dinner and children's bedtime. By doing this, acid reflux and other digestive problems can be avoided.

Paying attention to food

There is a deep connection between a child's sleep and eating habits. What a child eats for dinner affects his sleep. Therefore, the child should be kept away from sweets, chocolate, juice, coffee etc. while sleeping.

Because sweets and caffeinated drinks give them energy, they are active and cannot sleep even if they want to. Therefore, the child's dinner should always be light. This will make them feel relaxed and they can fall asleep easily.

Pay attention to screen time

Usually, children watch TV or mobile phones for a long time with their parents. Blue light from screens disturbs the sleep of children and adults. Therefore, the child should be kept away from the screen at least one hour before going to bed.

Cut back on sugar and caffeine

Children should be kept away from sugar and caffeine, but most children drink milk before bed. In which coffee or chocolate powder is also mixed.

But both sugar and caffeine are enemies of sleep. So do not give milk to the baby before going to sleep. The best time to feed babies is between 4pm and 6pm.

Set a bedtime schedule

At least 30 minutes before going to sleep, if you make the child read books, tell stories, they will fall asleep faster. This makes them mentally and physically ready to sleep. But during this time, the child should not play or joke before going to sleep. This keeps the child's mind active and they don't want to fall asleep.

A sleepy environment

A clean, tidy and quiet environment is very important for good sleep. Children's rooms should be prepared in such a way that there is no disturbance in their sleep. For that, their room should be clean. Pillows, cushions should be clean and comfortable. There should be no outside noise in their bedroom. The lights should be dimmed. Children should wear light clothes at night.

What does a 'food inspector' do?  Those who studied food technology, who like the food of different restaurants? They check the quality of what kind of meat the meat shop is selling, whether the vegetables of the vegetable shop are pesticide-free. I would like to make a proposal regarding the hiring of this type of food inspector contract.
