Similarly, the second includes posterior nose bleeding. Posterior nose bleeding occurs if there is cancer of the nose or a tumor grows in the nose.

Commonly, there are several types of nosebleeds. In addition to being sensitive, these veins are covered with a thin membrane. Even minor wounds or injuries can tear these membranes and bleed. Apart from that, nosebleeds also occur if these problems occur.

Blood sometimes flows from the right nostril, sometimes from the left nostril. Sometimes the blood passes through the mouth and reaches the stomach. So it feels muggy. How to stop?


Nosebleeds can be prevented by these measures. For this, first of all, you have to sit in a safe place. Now slowly press the soft part of the nose with the help of the finger for about ten minutes. Breathing should be done through the mouth so that the blood does not go to the stomach.


You should wait at least ten minutes to know if the bleeding has stopped. Bleeding can also be stopped by putting a compress on the nose or cooling the nose.


But it is rare to sleep when the nose bleeds. Even after an hour of bleeding from the nose, you should avoid picking your nose or smelling anything. If the bleeding from the nose is not reduced, using a nasal spray can also be used to prevent small intoxication inside the nose and control the bleeding.


Besides, keeping the house cool and airing the house can also reduce the problem of constant nosebleeds. Likewise, this problem can be reduced by using air gel to prevent the nose from drying out in cold weather.


What to eat and what not to eat if the nose bleeds continuously?


If you have continuous bleeding from the nose, you should not eat hot and heating foods such as garam masala, tea and coffee. Likewise, alcohol should not be consumed. Do not eat food that is colder than the body can tolerate.
