In the second month of pregnancy, a pregnant woman experiences something new. Every moment of the 9-month journey of becoming a new mother begins to feel special. As pregnancy progresses, physical and mental changes are also seen in women.

In the second month, the same symptoms as the first month are seen but less. Although there is an improvement in the symptoms, there is no significant change in the shape of the abdomen. Breasts feel relatively full.

Symptoms

- Morning sickness

- Breast tenderness and increase in size

- Increased blood flow

- Hormonal changes

- Mood swings (and being anxious, upset or emotional over little things, or angry over little things).

- Having a strong desire for any food and not wanting to even look at any food

- Affecting the digestive system

- Frequent urination

- Slight dilatation of the uterus

Some of the symptoms experienced by pregnant women may be below. If there is any concern or confusion, do not delay in consulting a doctor.

In this month, the size of the baby is half an inch long.

- Taking an appointment with a doctor or going if called

- Ensure the child's health by visiting the doctor

- The doctor can also recommend ultrasound, urine test, regular blood test and genetic test if necessary.

What can be checked?

Ultrasound: Tests are done to find out the end of pregnancy and to see if the baby is a singleton or twins.

Routine blood test: This test is done to check blood type, Rh factor, anemia and possibility of infection.

Urine test: May be for urinary tract infection or other abnormal tests.

What does a 'food inspector' do?  Those who studied food technology, who like the food of different restaurants?
